Deal the Cards

• Shuffle the entire deck of 81 unique cards.
• Deal 12 cards face-up in the middle of the table in a 3x4 grid.
• Keep the remaining deck nearby for drawing later.

Spotting a Set

• Ensure everyone at the table understands what constitutes a SET before beginning:

- Each of the 4 features (color, shape, number, shading) must be all the same or all different across the 3 chosen cards.

Ready to Play

• There are no turns; all players look for sets simultaneously and shout out when they find one.
