Lost Cities: Rivals

Deal two starting wager cards face up, to each player. Be sure that each player has two different- colored starting wager cards.

Shuffle the expedition and wager cards and divide them into four more or less equal piles.

Divide the 36 gold coins evenly among everyone.

Each footprint counts as one victory point. Wager cards raise the value of an entire expedition. One wager card doubles the value of an expedition; two wager cards triple the value, and so on.

Finally, for each expedition with four or more number cards there is a bonus of eight victory points.

Note: This bonus is not multiplied by wager cards!

Also, each gold coin is worth one victory point.
